Fulfillment Policy
At Many Trees Lifeway, we are careful to not use social triggers and other manipulative tactics to get you to buy against your best interest. We strive to help you make an informed decision when you purchase. We are a small business and we base what we will invest in (courses, training, other guest teachers) on sales we receive. This is why we have a no refund policy.
A. Kin Keepers’ Haven Members are charged a monthly fee and can cancel their membership at anytime in Mighty Networks. We cannot issue refunds for our monthly membership once you have been charged.
B. Coaching Clients pay at time of booking and can reschedule on Calendly with 24 hour notice. Please contact me if you need to reschedule at trevia@manytreeslifeway.com if you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment. There are no refunds on coaching calls once booked.
C. Contract Clients have the payments and terms of canceling our contract in each signed contract. Each contract is unique for each working relationship. Payment is expected on the date stated in our contract. There are no refunds for work already done. However, we can agree together to end our contract early if either is not satisfied with our working agreement.
